Medical Assistant – Outpatient Practice

Location: Nashua, NH
Pay: $18.79 – $26.31 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (full-time)

Seeking experienced and newly trained Medical Assistants to join a large, multi-specialty outpatient medical group affiliated with a respected hospital system in Southern New Hampshire. This is a true outpatient role with a predictable daytime schedule and no inpatient responsibilities.
Openings are available across several specialties, including Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Women’s Care, and Family/Primary Care.

Responsibilities
- Support patient care during office visits, phone screening, and telehealth.
- Perform delegated clinical tasks including medications, immunizations, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection, within scope of practice.
- Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and clinical information.
- Communicate provider instructions and treatment plans to patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program OR at least 3 years of MA experience if no formal program completed.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- MA certification preferred: AAMA, AMT, or NHA.
- Specialty experience is flexible.
- $3,000 sign-on bonus (full-time).
- No weekends, no holidays, consistent day shift hours.
