Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join our team in providing exceptional administrative support within our residential community. In this vital role, you will assist the Residential Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality administrative service, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Support the Residential Manager in coordinating daily operations
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with residents and staff
- Prepare monthly recertification letters
- Each month, collect and deposit all funds received in the laundry area
- Each month, send and track application letters
- Notify resident manager of tenants not responding to application letters
- Prepare and forward the late rent letters on the sixth of the month
- Maintain current tenant rent cards
- Maintain tenant files
- Complete quarterly property inspections
- Prepare letters to tenants for unsatisfactory inspections
- Track and maintain work orders
- Be the receptionist for the property office
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Must be able to operate a computer
- Knowledge of HUD Section 8 Housing or Tax Credit Operations is a plus
- Knowledge of Yardi Software is a plus
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
