Junior Sales Representative

Brindle Consulting, Inc. is a privately owned sales and consulting firm working with businesses throughout the Greater Chicagoland area. Our team focuses on customer acquisition, account development, and providing face-to-face sales services within the commercial energy industry. Responsibilities:

• Introduce commercial electricity and natural gas services to prospective business customers
• Review customer needs and explain available energy pricing and service options
• Conduct in-person business outreach within an assigned Chicagoland territory
• Maintain accurate customer information and track account activity using a CRM system
• Assist prospective customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Communicate clearly and professionally while representing our clients
• Develop new customer accounts and maintain positive business relationships

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred, not required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with business owners in person
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work toward individual and team goals

• Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire, W-2
• Compensation: Performance-based compensation with conditional weekly base pay and commission opportunities; alternative commission-based compensation structure with weekly bonus opportunities
• Industry/Product: Commercial electricity and natural gas services
• Territory: Greater Chicagoland business locations
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, in person
