Barista at BRIMSTONE BAKERY

Brimstone Bakery is seeking a friendly, reliable, and hard-working part-time server/barista to join our close-knit team. We’re located at 922 Chestnut Street in the heart of Sharon Springs, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a warm and welcoming environment.

Pay: $16.00/hour tips

What You’ll Do:

• Craft hot and cold beverages to order with care and consistency
• Provide thoughtful, attentive service to all guests
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all health and safety standards
• Interact with customers in a professional and personable manner
• Greet and seat guests, take orders, providing seamless, professional customer service
• Assist with packaging baked goods for both retail and wholesale orders

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a server in a cafe or restaurant - barista experience preferred
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys a fast-paced environment
