About the Role
Are you high-energy, confident, and love talking to people? Brim Detroit is looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador to stand outside our shop on Woodward Ave and bring the energy! Your mission is simple: engage with passersby, hype up our premium custom hat bar experience, and drive foot traffic through our doors.
If you are a natural closer who can turn a sidewalk stroll into a creative design session, this is the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Face of Brim: Stand outside our prime location, warmly engaging with pedestrians, tourists, and locals.
- Hype the Experience: Explain our custom hat process (trucker hats, patches, rhinestones, pins) with enthusiasm.
- Drive Traffic: Actively invite and guide people inside the store to start their custom design session.
- Hit Daily Goals: Maximize the number of walk-ins you convert into paying customers.
