Warehouse Supervisor (Korean Bilingual)

Start in Joliet, IL; relocate to Matteson, IL by late August

Full-time | Salary: $60,000–$70,000/year



About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations of inventory for a major battery manufacturer. This role is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring safety compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining efficient warehouse practices. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture and driving operational excellence.

This position will be based in Joliet, IL initially and will transition to Matteson, IL by the end of August.



Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and clean warehouse environment in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Follow and enforce customer-specific warehouse operations policies and procedures
• Conduct regular employee training to support safety and stable operations
• Oversee warehouse asset management, including equipment purchasing and maintenance
• Hold regular team meetings and monitor employee performance
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
• 3 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
