Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to track and improve operations.
- Coordinate setup and provide support for new warehouse operations.
- Design and apply efficient processes to increase productivity and operational excellence.
- Lead and facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
- 3 years of experience in warehousing operations with exposure to B2B, B2C, and importing.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (over 40%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) highly desirable.
