About The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Planning Supervisor to lead operational planning, process innovation, and performance optimization across warehouse operations. This role is responsible for developing SOPs, setting KPIs, and ensuring efficiency in both B2B and B2C environments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in driving warehouse excellence while managing cost control and productivity growth.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to track and improve operations.
• Coordinate setup and provide support for new warehouse operations.
• Design and apply efficient processes to increase productivity and operational excellence.
• Lead and facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue growth.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
• 3 years of experience in warehousing operations with exposure to B2B, B2C, and importing.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (over 40%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) highly desirable.
