What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer position at Brillio?
We are looking for a next-generation Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) focused on helping enterprise customers rapidly design, implement, and scale AI-powered Salesforce eco-system integrated solutions. As a Salesforce Platform FDE, you will work directly with customer executives, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to solve complex business challenges using Salesforce Platform, Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI, custom solution, autonomous agents, LLM/SLMs and modern application architectures.
This role combines the skills of a Salesforce Architect, AI Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, and Trusted Advisor with deep technical and consulting expery. You will be responsible for designing and delivering production-grade solutions while influencing customer strategy and accelerating business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable Salesforce and AI solutions.
- Design and implement AI-powered applications leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Salesforce Platform and add on packages.
- Experience in Lead-to-Cash end-to-end business processes
- Build production-grade applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, APIs, and modern integration frameworks.
- Develop AI-driven solutions including co-pilots, autonomous agents, intelligent workflows, and generative AI experiences.
- Architect scalable solutions across Marketing, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud, Commissioning, and custom Salesforce Platform applications.
- Collaborate with customer executives, product teams, and technical stakeholders to define solution roadmaps.
- Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concepts.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems, data platforms, and AI/ML services.
- Drive rapid prototyping and MVP development to validate business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor customer and internal engineering teams.
- Handon development and command on SDLC cycle with rapid turnaround time.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, governance, and DevOps.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Salesforce platform development and architecture experience.
- Strong customer-facing consulting or solution engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs & Integrations
- Flow & Automation
- Intgration
- Salesforce Platform Architecture
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Strong programming experience in:
- JavaScript
- Python
- Node.js or equivalent backend technologies
- LLMs/SLMs development
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and cloud platforms.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex business problems.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Agentic AI and custom AI solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce platform in tech and health care & life science clients.
- Experience building solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agents.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, AI Governance, and Responsible AI practices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub, and modern engineering practices.
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Platform Developer II
- Application Architect
- System Architect
- Agentforce Specialist
- Data 360 Consultant
- Agentforce Legend Badge from Salesforce
