Key Responsibilities
1. AI Opportunity Identification & Strategy
- Assess the client’s current engineering landscape, SDLC processes, and technology stack
- Identify opportunities to embed AI/GenAI across development, testing, operations, and business functions
- Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions and use cases
- Build and prioritize a portfolio of high-impact AI initiatives
2. SDLC & Engineering Transformation
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to SDLC using AI, including:
- AI-assisted coding (e.g., copilots)
- Automated testing and QA using AI
- Intelligent DevOps and AIOps
- Code modernization and refactoring using GenAI
- Define reference architectures for AI-enabled engineering workflows
- Drive adoption of AI-first engineering practices
3. Functional AI Use Case Development
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify functional use cases across domains (e.g., customer experience, operations, supply chain, etc.)
- Develop solution concepts, prototypes, and value cases
- Provide guidance on data requirements, model selection, and implementation approaches
4. Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor and “insider” within the client organization
- Engage with senior stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Business) to influence AI strategy
- Present recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases to leadership
- Bridge communication between client teams and internal delivery teams
5. Governance & Best Practices
- Define AI governance, responsible AI principles, and compliance considerations
- Recommend best practices for scalability, security, and model lifecycle management
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years in software engineering, architecture, or technology consulting
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/GenAI solutions
- Strong understanding of:
- LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI ecosystems
- AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.)
- Cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven experience in SDLC transformation and engineering excellence initiatives
- Experience in enterprise architecture and system design
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing AI in enterprise engineering workflows
- Exposure to industry-specific AI use cases (depending on your client’s domain)
- Familiarity with DevOps, AIOps, and platform engineering
- MBA or equivalent business exposure is a plus

Salary : $180,000 - $185,000
