Role: AI Strategist / Product Manager

Location: Remote/Hybrid (San Ramon, CA- Coppel, TX - Seattle, WA - Edison, NJ)

As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

Job Description:

• The AI Strategist / Product Manager bridges business strategy and AI capability. This role owns the AI product roadmap, defines use cases aligned to client goals, and ensures delivery teams stay focused on measurable outcomes. You will work closely with clients, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped AI initiatives.
• MANDATORY SKILLS
• Product strategy, roadmapping, and OKR/KPI ownership
• AI/ML literacy — ability to evaluate feasibility of AI use cases
• LLM fundamentals — understanding of GenAI capabilities and limitations
• Stakeholder management and executive communication
• Business case development and ROI modeling
• Agile / Scrum delivery management
• NICE TO HAVE
• Prompt engineering basics for evaluating AI outputs
• HLS domain knowledge (payer, provider, or life sciences)
• Experience with OKR frameworks and product discovery methods
• Analytics and BI tool proficiency
