You will also help enhance reusable intellectual property, best practices, and delivery standards. As a key team member, you will play a role in talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and expanding service offerings with both existing and new clients.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C# (C#9 or later) and the .NET 6.0 framework
- Experience with T-SQL/SQL Server or similar relational databases
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Entity Framework Core using a database-first approach
- Familiarity with ASP.NET Core and building RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g., S3, EC2) or Azure
- Knowledge of notification systems such as SendGrid, Tellio, etc.
- Experience with single sign-on (SSO) integration/federation
- Familiarity with air-gapped or high-security environments
- Understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as a Solution Architect leading development teams
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven ability to manage project scope and client expectations while identifying additional delivery opportunities
- Strong understanding of unit testing and familiarity with testing frameworks
- Ability to meet client requirements while contributing to reusable IP
- Strong interest in mentoring and coaching both onshore and offshore team members
