Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, particularly those with autism. As a BCBA, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and oversee behavioral interventions to promote positive outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other team members involved in client care.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency across environments.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in intake processes and patient assessments to establish appropriate treatment goals aligned with client needs.
Requirements
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis principles, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, and medical documentation standards.
- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients’ families, team members, and external providers.
