Brilliant Minds Christian Academy of Technology is seeking a passionate and faith-driven Second Grade Teacher to join our Christ-centered community of educators. Key Responsibilities:
- Faith Integration & Spiritual Leadership
- Model Christ-like behavior, character, and integrity in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
- Incorporate Biblical principles and Christian worldview into daily lessons, discussions, and classroom routines.
- Lead students in prayer, devotionals, and spiritual reflection as part of their daily learning experience.
- Instruction & Curriculum
- Design and implement creative, standards-based lessons that engage all learners and reflect a Biblical perspective.
- Promote excellence in literacy, math, science, and social studies while nurturing curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic, social, and spiritual needs of each student.
- Classroom Environment
- Build a Christ-centered classroom community that emphasizes respect, compassion, and cooperation.
- Use positive guidance and Biblical principles to encourage growth in both character and academics.
- Assessment & Communication
- Use a variety of assessments to monitor progress and inform instruction.
- Maintain open, positive communication with families through progress reports, conferences, and daily updates.
- Collaboration & Professional Growth
- Partner with fellow teachers, staff, and administration to uphold the mission and vision of the school.
- Participate actively in professional development and spiritual growth opportunities.
- Support school-wide events, chapel, and ministry initiatives.
