We’re hiring an Online Special Education Teacher (W-2), someone who still loves teaching—and is ready for a better way to do it.

What You’ll Do:
- Teach engaging Zoom-based classes (max 1:6 ratio).
- Build real relationships with students and families.
- Personalize learning pathways (we’ll show you how).
- Track progress and give meaningful feedback.
- Guide students through project-based tasks.
- Keep learning fun, challenging, and organized.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Are certified to teach Special Education students (any state certification accepted).
- Have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
- Feel comfortable teaching all 4 core subjects: ELA, Math, Sciences, and Social Studies.
- Understand and apply MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) to meet diverse student needs.
- You’re confident teaching online—you’re tech-savvy, fluent in Zoom, and know how to keep remote learning high-energy.
- Communicate clearly—with both students and parents.
- You’re organized, clear, and love connecting with students.
- Believe students learn best when they’re known, challenged, and supported.
- You deeply believe in mastery-based learning.
- You know how to apply UDL.
- Must be based in Texas or Florida (fully remote role, but physical location required for legal employment eligibility).
- Recognize this is a proper teaching position: It demands real engagement, commitment, and equal professionalism to traditional brick-and-mortar roles—though with less overall demand on your time.
