Opening is available for Licensed Massage Therapist or dually trained Licensed massage therapist/ an esthetician/ waxing/electrologist/laser hair removal specialist. For long term employment preferred. Weekend availability and afternoons needed at least for several shifts. New licensees encouraged to apply as well.

We will train for any additional skills needed for the job with us, but must already have required licenses.

Introduce guests to and explain Brilliant Club options and other regular visit benefits, strive to establish positive report with clients and suggest treatment plans

Welcome all guests and fellow associates with a warm, sincere, prompt greeting

Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and guest information, act in the best interests of the team and company

Maintain our stellar 5 star average reputation in customer service and service quality and working with integrity

Arrive for work on time, properly dressed and ready to represent us with the utmost in professionalism

Administer massage, skin care and/or other treatments as booked by guests

Ensure all services begin and end on time, and confirm that you have the correct client

Maintain supply and treatment areas as directed, notify management of any shortages

Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the massage, skin care and other treatment areas and business facilities as directed

Humbleness and not involving into gossip

Attend all trainings and meetings as directed

Be able to learn how to run point of sale and check clients in and out.

Tour guests through the business assisting them with special requests and provide hospitality services as needed (such as water, direct to the restroom)

Maintain a thorough understanding of BMS specials and services and act as an ambassador for us with each guest.

Alert management to potential problems or concerns as they relate to guests or staff

Promote positive guest relations by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service and effectively resolving complaints in a timely manner

Project a calm demeanor, even in the most stressful situations
