Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications used across the Federal Reserve System. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, incident management, AWS, SQL, and financial services environments.
Required Skills:
- 6 years of Business Systems Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in AWS and on-prem environments
- Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and production support experience
- Expert SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift)
- Experience analyzing complex business and system issues
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide production support and resolve application/infrastructure issues
- Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes
- Support application testing, system monitoring, and health checks
- Develop technical documentation and user training materials
