What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Shift Janitorial Position position at Brilliant General Maintenance Inc.?
We currently have a Full Time, Permanent position available!
Current Openings Include: Monday-Friday: 9:30am to 6pm,(hours may vary, must be flexible)(Occasional Saturdays)

We are a Maintenance/Janitorial company looking for responsible full-time janitors to maintain our facilities. This position will work across mutlitple sites.
Requirements include but not limited to:
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Able to follow written instructions and job procedures.
- Have adequate communication skills.
- Be able and willing to use all types of janitorial equipment and chemicals required at job sites.
- Be able to perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, spot carpet cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, gyms, shower rooms, etc.
- Be flexible to help other team members and positions when needed.
- Be self-motivated and can complete tasks within the budgeted hours.
- Be on time and present for all shifts.
- Follow the dress code and be professional with customers and coworkers.
- Follow safety and health guidelines
- Must pass a background check for security access at our customer sites.
- Must have a valid Michigan drivers license and clean driving record to be able to drive a company vehicle when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
