Job Description: As a Permanent holiday lighting installation team lead, you will be responsible for installing holiday lighting displays for residential properties. Your primary focus will be ensuring that each installation is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual who is skilled with tools, possesses a high level of professionalism, and has meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Install holiday lighting displays according to customer specifications
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and in compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any questions or concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Adhere to scheduled appointments and complete installations within designated timeframes
Requirements:
- Experience in installations/general home services work
- Proficiency in working with various tools and equipment related to lighting installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure precise and accurate installations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Possession of a reliable ladder and truck for transportation of equipment and materials
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Own a truck with ladders
