Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Production Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll oversee the entire production lifecycle, from coordinating with jewelers on sample development to ensuring quality control and timely delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Accurately input and update essential data within organizational systems.
• Sample Development & Production: Collaborate with jewelers to oversee sample creation, track production stages, and ensure quality standards.
• Inventory & Production Management: Work with internal teams to assess inventory needs, organize pre-production, and facilitate production meetings.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks on samples and final products, ensuring all corrections are applied.
• Cost & Timeline Negotiation: Optimize costs and establish realistic lead times with vendors.
• Documentation & Material Management: Maintain accurate records, source materials, and ensure quality control of all goods.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with Sales for production needs and delivery schedules, addressing challenges as they arise.
• Resource Expansion: Build relationships with production resources to meet all delivery deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in production management, particularly in the jewelry industry.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of managing tasks efficiently and maintaining an organized workflow.
• Excellent English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and precision.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to solve production issues effectively.
• Proficiency in managing tech packs and production documentation.
