We're a busy, growing shop with steady, consistent volume, and we're looking for a setter who delivers clean, precise work and holds a high standard every time. If you know your craft and care about doing it right, you'll fit right in.

Compensation & Details

• Pay: $25–$30/hour, based on experience
• Top performers: We're open to a higher, competitive rate for highly experienced setters based on bench test results
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift

What You'll Be Doing

• Setting diamonds and gemstones — prong, pavé, channel, and more — with precision and consistency
• Stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing
• Polishing and finishing to production standards
• Working with gold, platinum, and other precious metals
• Keeping quality control tight so every piece leaving the bench is clean and secure
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong, hands-on diamond/gem setting experience (not entry-level)
• Comfortable and confident working under a microscope with tight tolerances
• A steady hand and a detail-first mindset
• Ability to balance quality with production timelines
