Customer Service Representative

Location: Boynton Beach, FL (Onsite)

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000/year (DOE performance)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | No Weekends

Hours: Shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break)

About The Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping people and delivering premium service. In this role, you’ll support customers of a well-established luxury brand, ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with inquiries related to high-end luxury products
• Accurately document and manage interactions using CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members via Slack and Google Workspace
• Focus on problem-solving and creating a positive customer experience

• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
