Roles And Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources including databases and external systems
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation using MySQL
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to present insights effectively
- Work with AWS services such as Redshift and EC2 for data storage and processing
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through regular audits and monitoring
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to provide data for analysis and reporting
- Support and enhance AI-driven initiatives, including chatbot data capabilities
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data flow and processing
- Implement and maintain data security practices to protect sensitive information
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in MySQL and SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Experience with Python for data processing and scripting
- Working knowledge of AWS services, specifically Redshift and EC2
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
