Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Subcontractor role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Subcontractor will be responsible for performing assigned tasks according to project specifications, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards, and communicating updates and progress with project managers. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting issues, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining quality standards across all work.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools commonly used in subcontracting projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and project managers
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address project challenges and provide practical solutions
- Adherence to safety standards and protocols, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Proficiency in time management to meet project deadlines and manage schedules effectively
- Previous experience as a subcontractor or in a related field is highly desirable
- Relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage
