As a Graduate Practical Nurse at Brightwood Center-WV, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients/residents, including those with rehabilitative or geriatric needs. You will be responsible for evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing condition, and reporting changes in condition. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, and administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
