Our company is looking for a HR Director lead a growing small business service organization in Troy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of five years of progressive Human Resources experience required, including HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, and HR compliance.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and processes.
- Experience supporting a multi-state workforce preferred.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; Paychex experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
