Brightwell Custodial Service is seeking dependable, high-integrity individuals to join our team as Custodial Technicians. We specialize in recurring commercial cleaning for professional office environments including law firms, banks, medical offices, accounting firms, and other commercial facilities throughout Mobile County.
Compensation
- Training Wage: $17.50 per hour
- Certified Custodial Technician: $25.00 per hour
- Monthly production bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
As a Custodial Technician, you will:
- Clean and maintain commercial office facilities according to Brightwell standards.
- Vacuum, dust, sanitize, mop, and disinfect assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
- Report maintenance issues observed during service.
- Properly secure client facilities after each visit.
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Complete assigned routes safely and efficiently.
