DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour

Shifts Available:

• Monday: 1p-9p, Thursday & Friday: 7a-5p, Sunday: 2p-9p (35 hours)
• Tuesday: 1p-9p, Wednesday & Thursday: 7a-11a, Friday: 11a-9p, and Saturday: 7a-2p. (33 hours)
• Monday & Tuesday: 7a-11a, Wednesday: 11a-9p, Sunday: 7a-2p (25 hours)

The Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18 months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
