We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments, schedules and missed appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
- Entering/Verifying insurance breakdowns and eligibility
- Communicate with clinical staff regarding patient information and changes to the schedule
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Take payment and discuss patient balances
- Handle patient information (HIPAA)
- Other front office duties

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional appearance

- Front office experience (Healthcare Setting)
