Mirror Lake Village is seeking a strong, compassionate Resident Care Manager to oversee clinical services in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This is a leadership role where your clinical expertise and people skills truly matter.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise Charge Nurses, Med Techs, and Resident Assistants
- Complete resident assessments and oversee care plans
- Monitor physician orders, labs, MARs, and medication administration
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
- Manage staffing schedules and team coverage
- Support Memory Care programming and clinical quality
What You Bring
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred
- Ability to manage clinical systems and documentation accurately
