Quality Requirements:

Responsible for the monitoring of procedures and work instructions related to any software system.
Must be able to follow standard filing procedures.

Education and Experience:

This position requires a high school education level.

Proficient in Excel and Word, ability to type 60-65 wpm preferred, attention to detail, file management.

Strong problem-solving skills required. Above all must be a team player with high level of dedication and honesty.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives and inputs data for Quality Assurance and performs appropriate filing.
Assists in formatting all Microsoft Word and Excel documents in accordance with company policy and document tracking.
Maintains electronic and manual filing system.
Assists with meeting deadlines for assignments given by supervisor and manager with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintains constant communication with supervisor and manager, reporting all issues or changes.
Must have capability to learn internal software systems.
Needs to have basic knowledge of ASME and API codes.
Provides back-up for customer service/Receptionist positions as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
