Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position based in Zanesville, OH. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patients during their treatment journey. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care focused on addiction recovery, maintain accurate medical records, and offer support in creating a safe and compassionate clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing with the state of Ohio
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient monitoring
- Experience in patient care for individuals undergoing addiction treatment or similar healthcare settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate medical records
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic health record systems
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start date
