Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Pay: $25 per hour (based on experience)
- Location: 4336 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA 30548 (daycare setting - but must be willing to work in-home, in school or clinic if needed)

Brightstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Hoschton, Georgia. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Accurately collect data and maintain detailed daily session notes.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions.
- Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.
- Deliver services across home, school, and clinic-based settings.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
