Job Overview
Brightstart Learning Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to inspire and nurture students. We create warm, inclusive, play rich days where infants through age five, grow confidence, curious and capable. Hands-on discovery, daily family connection and a truly supportive team culture are at the heart of everything we do. We're seeking experienced, fully qualified ( ECE)Teachers, who are excited to shape our program and culture from the ground up! Infant/Toddler specific units are highly preferred.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with our curriculum standards and individual student needs.
- Utilize educational technology and innovative instructional strategies to enhance learning experiences.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with disabilities, including those with developmental disabilities, autism, visual impairments, or hearing impairments.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Provide mentorship, academic advising, and support for students’ social-emotional well-being.
Requirements
- 12 ECE/Child Development units ( 6 months of experience)
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in learning technology tools, educational software, and assistive communication devices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and support staff.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior and or applied behavior analysis techniques when appropriate.

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour
