Role Overview:

As a CNA/HHA at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing essential personal care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our nursing team to ensure a high level of safety and comfort for the individuals you serve. Working on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our clients in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional personal care tailored to each client's needs.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Document care and report changes in clients’ health and behavior to the nursing staff.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure clients’ comfort and health.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Valid CNA or HHA certification.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to support clients in need.
• Ability to work independently while following care plans and protocols.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

• Have experience working with clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
• Possess additional certifications or training in senior care.
• Are bilingual and can provide care in other languages.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include rotating shifts throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is based in Palatka, Florida.
