Your Daily Work:
- Provide 1:1 behavioral support using simple ABA strategies.
- Support clients with daily living skills: meals, hygiene, routines.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support.
- Participate in community outings and activities.
- Help with transportation when needed.
- Write short care notes communicate updates with the team.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
- Lives in or near Coastal Los Angeles.
- Has 1 year of experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs or developmental disabilities.
- Has 1 year of caregiving experience (Caregiver, DSP, Home Health Aide, or Behavior Technician).
- Values routine, reliability, and being someone families can count on.
- BHT/RBT experience is a plus, but not required.
- Holds CPR/First Aid certification, or is willing to get certified.
- Comfortable providing hands‑on personal care.
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
