Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective procurement of services and goods for the assigned procurement categories at global level. This role involves supplier strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and formalization, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and quality purchases to meet business needs, adhering to procurement strategies, in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
This role requires frequent interactions with internal teams such as operations, finance, legal and business units requesting services/goods to satisfy business needs. Externally, it involves negotiating with suppliers, managing relationships, and staying informed about market trends. Key skills include strong negotiation, communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
Qualifications
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective procurement of services and goods for the assigned procurement categories at global level. This role involves supplier strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and formalization, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and quality purchases to meet business needs, adhering to procurement strategies, in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Follow sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.
- Identify new suppliers for the assigned procurement categories and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and high performance.
- Manage RFP/RFQ and negotiate terms, prices, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.
- Contribute to procurement budget management, spend monitoring, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality for the categories under his / her responsibility.
- Work closely with Business Units requesting services/goods and other departments to ensure any step of contract negotiation, formalization and procurement policy compliance.
- Improve continuously the procurement process leveraging the functionalities and opportunities offered by the Ariba platform, always aiming at streamlining the process, to gain efficiency and effectiveness
- Contribute to conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and opportunities for innovation in the supply chain.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in related field
- Preferred Education: Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Economics or Engineering
- 5 Years In Procurement with specific expertise in Ariba platform
- Preferred Experience: 7 years in Procurement including Governance roles, with specific expertise in Ariba platform
