Responsibilities

The Machine Operator sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product.

• Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line.
• Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks.
• Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
  
  

Experience

• 1 - 2 years of related experience is required.

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $21.00/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
