Your Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse

• Provide individualized, high-quality care to clients in their homes
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing
• Communicate proactively with patients and families regarding care plans and health updates
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Negative TB test (1-step skin test or blood test)
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (documented)
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
