What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Home Health Aide position at BrightStar Care?
BrightStar Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Knoxville. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide in-home assistance and support to our clients with various needs.
CASE AVAILABLE: Male bedbound client requests services Mondays - Sundays. Hours will be 9am -9pm (no exceptions). A daily scheduled has been designed by the wife for easy training. Very clean & friendly environment. No pets & No Smoking due to the respiratory issues. Very supportive & cooperative family.
Case load will be split between 2 Home Health Aides to help ensure adequate coverage daily.
Client is verbal but does have hearing loss and some cognitive issues due to a brain injury.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Assist client with ADLs
- Provide personal care
- Medication reminders
- Provide engaging conversation & support
- Help with household tasks and meal preparation & cook meals
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have valid Driver's license
- Must have proof of current Auto Insurance
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check
- Experience Needed for this case
- Weekly pay on Fridays
