WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're hiring HHA, CNA, and experienced caregivers for 1:1 home care throughout Milford, Framingham, and surrounding MetroWest and Worcester County communities.
HHA / CNA / Caregiver may provide:
- Personal care
- Bathing and dressing
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with transfers, mobility and medication reminders
- Other 1:1 caregiving support based on client needs
We welcome male and female caregivers and match caregivers based on client needs and preferences.
Bilingual caregivers are encouraged to apply, especially Portuguese-speaking caregivers. Spanish, Russian and Arabic speakers are also welcome.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $19–$20/hour base pay
- Up to $22–$25/hour for premium shifts
- Weekly pay by direct deposit & employee discounts

CURRENT SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES:
We currently have morning, afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend opportunities in the Milford/MetroWest area.
- Morning shifts: 8 AM–12 PM and 9 AM–1 PM
- Afternoon shifts: 1 PM–4 PM
- Evening shifts: 5 PM–10 PM
- **Weekday and weekend shifts available
Per diem means flexibility. You tell us the schedule you can reliably work, and we match you with shifts.
Current shift opportunities may be available in Milford, Framingham, Ayer, Hopkinton, Franklin, Hopedale, Upton, Whitinsville, Holliston, Shrewsbury, Uxbridge, Bellingham, Holden, Worcester County, and nearby communities.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 6 months HHA/caregiving experience OR active MA CNA License
- TB Test & Physical within 1 year — can be completed during onboarding
- Valid driver's license insured car
- CPR/BLS from American Heart Association or Red Cross — can be renewed during onboarding if expired
Current CPR/BLS and up-to-date medicals can help move your onboarding along faster.
