Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Weekly Pay Bonuses

BrightStar Care of Western Connecticut is actively hiring compassionate and reliable CNAs and HHAs to provide high-quality care in home care, assisted living, and facility settings.

What You’ll Do

For Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):

• Provide hands-on patient care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Support medication reminders (as directed)

• Accurately document care provided

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• Communicate with nurses, families, and team members

For Home Health Aides (HHA):

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Assist with errands and transportation (if needed)

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Valid ID and work authorization

• Negative TB test (PPD, QuantiFERON, or chest X-ray)

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred:

• Driver’s license and willingness to travel (up to 20 miles)

• Availability for hourly or live-in shifts

• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable

Pay & Benefits

• $18–$25/hour (*live-in rates differ, ask us about this when we speak.)

• Weekly pay

• $500 Sign-on Bonus

• Up to $320 Monthly Bonus
