Join Our Team as a CNA or HHA!
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate CNA or HHA (Home Health Aide) to provide one-on-one patient care in clients' homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
You will work under the supervision of our clinical team and office staff, collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Light housekeeping and administrative tasks may also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care Assistance – Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and maintaining hygiene.
Mobility Support – Help clients move safely within their homes, including transfers and repositioning.
Medication Reminders – Ensure clients follow prescribed medication schedules and report any concerns.
Health Monitoring – Observe and document changes in client health, including vital signs.
Household Assistance – Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation to create a safe and comfortable environment.
Companionship – Offer emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Safety Management – Identify potential hazards and assist with medical equipment use.
Documentation & Reporting – Keep accurate records of care provided and communicate changes with the healthcare team.
What We’re Looking For in a Caregiver:

Requirements :
An active Indiana CNA or HHA License (Required)
Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance (Required for travel between client homes)
Ability to pass a background check
Work Schedule & Conditions:
- Work primarily in clients' homes
- May work independently or alongside family members
