Registered Nurses and LPNs – Hourly Care!!

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and skilled RN (Registered Nurse) and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) professionals to provide dedicated 1:1 patient care in Lebanon, PA. As an RN or LPN, you will deliver high-quality, personalized care in a comfortable home setting while making a meaningful difference in a patient’s daily life.

Care Needs / Responsibilities

• The RN or LPN will provide tracheostomy (trach) care and monitor respiratory status
• The RN or LPN will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as mobility and personal care
• The RN or LPN will manage and administer tube feedings according to the care plan
• The RN or LPN will assist with repositioning to ensure patient comfort and prevent skin breakdown
• The RN or LPN will monitor vital signs and report any changes in the patient’s condition
• The RN or LPN will maintain accurate documentation of care and treatments provided
• The RN or LPN will communicate with family members and the care team to ensure continuity of care

Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay Rates

• LPN: $35 – $40 per hour
• RN: $45 – $52 per hour

Role Overview

The RN and LPN will work closely with patients and families to ensure care plans are followed and patient needs are met. Each RN and LPN plays a critical role in delivering safe, compassionate, and reliable care.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $40.00 - $56.00 per hour
