As a Field Specialist, you'll be one of our go-to CNAs, stepping in where you're needed most. One day you may be helping a client at home, another day you may be covering an unexpected shift or helping a new caregiver get comfortable in the field.

Your Schedule

Choose from one of the following:

• Tuesday–Saturday | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Tuesday–Saturday | 12:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

You'll need to be available during your scheduled window so we can count on you when a client or caregiver needs help.

Here's the great part: You may not work the entire availability window. Regardless, you'll receive at least 32 hours of pay each week, even if your actual assignments total fewer hours.

Work more than 40 hours in a workweek? You'll receive overtime pay.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, and errands
• Help cover open or unexpected client shifts
• Transport clients when needed
• Support and mentor new caregivers in the field
• Step in when clients or team members need additional support
• Be the reliable, experienced CNA our team can count on

What We're Looking For

• Current Oregon CNA license
• 3 years of in-home CNA experience
• Reliable vehicle and transportation
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable driving throughout Portland and surrounding areas
• Willingness to work with a variety of clients and care needs
• Dependable, flexible, and confident working independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
