Are you an experienced Registered Nurse, whose looking for a more 1 on 1 experience with your patient? BrightStar Care of Venice and Port Charlotte is looking for an Infusion Nurse that possesses great communication skills, is proficient with Peripheral IV skills, PICC's and proficient at comprehensive assessments.

Responsibilities:
- Infusion Support (including peripheral IV starts) Reassessments and Staff Supervisory Visits
- Monitor and track changes in the client's conditions and needs and keep the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed.
- Proactively update clients family and physician on plan of care, health changes, and concerns as appropriate.
- maintain high level of quality care following all Joint Commission Standards and AHCA regulations.
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted RN license in Florida
- CPR Certified
- Minimum of 3 years of documented experience required with at least 1 year in , hospital, health facility or home health care preferred.
- At least 1 year of recent IV experience with proficiency in peripheral IV starts REQUIRED.
- License driver with valid automobile insurance
- Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to life up to 50 pounds
