Work-Life Balance:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
- Accompany clients to appointments, including grocery shopping, doctor visits, and pharmacy runs
- Assist clients with mobility tasks (active and passive) as outlined in their care plan, documenting any changes and reporting them to the Director of Nursing
Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification in good standing or willingness to obtain HHA certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified CPR and negative TB test (or chest X-ray)
- Reliable, insured automobile with proof of insurance
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA standards and maintain client confidentiality
- Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with varied mobility needs (standing, walking, bending, squatting, etc.)
