Base Salary: $83,000-$88,000 plus Bonus and Auto Expense Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a high‑performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to admissions
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and outreach to expand market presence
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Track performance metrics and ensure accountability across the sales team
- Represent BrightStar Care with professionalism, integrity, and a service‑driven mindset
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
