Now Hiring: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Private Duty Palmdale, CA

We are currently hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse for a special case in Palmdale. Successful applicants will be required to attend orientation at our Oxnard office.
**Two hour shifts available, daily 8am-10am and 6pm- 8pm**
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Current LVN license in the state of California.
Experience in Nursing
Experience with straight catheters, suppositories and range of motion
Ability to provide critical care for patients with complex needs.
