About the Role
BrightStar Care is hiring compassionate, skilled RNs to support clients in Santa Maria, Lompoc, and the Santa Ynez Valley. You'll provide in-home health services across both infusion and home health cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer services requiring specialized infusion skills
- Manage medication routines, including reconciliation and education
- Provide trach care, wound care, and enteral feeding tube support
- Monitor health status and respond to clinical changes
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Deliver care based on individualized Plans of Care
- Educate patients and families to promote confidence and independence
This position includes travel within a 30-mile radius and offers meaningful, hands-on experience across a wide range of needs.
What We're Looking For
- A current, unrestricted California RN license
- Experience with IVs, ports, PICC lines, and home health procedures
- Strong clinical skills in trach care, enteral feeding, wound care, and med management
- Proficiency in documentation and care planning
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and Joint Commission standards
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Clear background check
Advanced certifications like CRNI or OCN are a plus.
