We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a sweet 81-year-old male client with Parkinson’s in Taylorsville, UT.
Schedule & Pay

2 visits per day, 7 days a week
-
Visits occur between 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
-
Each visit lasts approximately 15–30 minutes
-
Paid a flat rate of $60 per visit ($120/day)
Duties Include
-
Syringe changes
-
Carbidopa/Levodopa pump management
-
Excellent communication with the Nurse Case Manager and caregivers/aides working with the client

RN Responsibilities

Provide thoughtful care based on an individualized Plan of Care
-
Conduct in-home assessments
-
Monitor and track changes in the client’s condition and needs while keeping the Director of Nursing and appropriate personnel informed

Communicate proactively regarding care concerns and updates
RN Requirements
-
Current unrestricted RN license in Utah
-
Current CPR Certification
-
Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
-
Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
